So, I was going through the pages here updating links and adding info about studiohanson.com when I stumbled across this page about Life. I don’t even remember writing it, but apparently I had an unusual moment of clarity and I sat down to write about it. The result is a simple equation that describes what I believe to be the meaning of life. I know this sounds rather profound, but it’s not really that complicated. I don’t know if I ever linked to it from another blog or from another page. I just don’t remember. I don’t even remember writing it, so here it is. Take a gander, if you care, at the Life page.

Yep, it’s true. Just 3 short weeks ago I started a business called Studio Hanson. You can find the company website conveniently located at studiohanson.com. It’s been so long since my last entry here that I feel as though my live has changed quite a bit. I no longer work in corporate america, I finally finished an actual Tiffany lampshade, we have another Devon Rex kitty (and he’s already over a year old). Yes, a lot has changed, so I am going through this website to update some things and figured I should add a note here. I don’t post enough info on this blog.

Chenille is a Devon Rex kitten now 12 weeks old. She scoots! Yes, she zips and zags, running circles around Zenith, our other cat. Zenith isn’t exactly enthusiastic about our new visitor, but he’s adjusting.

Chenille’s chocolate brown coat is starting to fill in, and as is characteristic of Devons, she will have short, curly hair that begs to be touched. It is soft like velvet. So far, she is playful and pleasant.

He was kind enough to pose for a few close ups, although he’s no top model. Actually, he proudly displayed a thousand or more beady red eyes and made it pretty obvious that what he really needs is someone to help him shave his back!

The morning sun provided enough light for me to take several shots of this tiny creature while the moderate temperatures kept him at a slow pace until the heat of the day got him going again. This is a tiny sample of some of the great shots I was able to take before I too had enough sun. I should be able to post more images once I get the mooja.com image server back up and running. In the mean time, you will have to enjoy these to until I have a bit more free time to troubleshoot that system.
